Working in the NHS I love my job but it can be demanding and it’s not often that I get a routine lunch break.

Before becoming pregnant I weighed 9st 12lb, a few days after delivery I weighed 12st 2lb after carrying out the Healthy Happy Mum Plan for 5 months I am now back in my pre baby clothes and feeling energetic, healthy and happy!
